ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF DISCLOSURES AND NOTICES
In order to open a new account at SavingsSquare.com, you must agree to accept electronic delivery of all new account disclosures. By checking this box you agree to accept electronic delivery of all new account disclosures and that you have the means to read and save copies of the disclosures presented to you on this site for your records. You agree and acknowledge that the terms, conditions and disclosures delivered to you electronically on this site apply to you and your use of Online Banking and your account(s).
By checking this box you also agree to accept electronic delivery of all periodic notices and disclosures once your account is active (e.g., Rate Change Notice, Privacy Disclosure, etc.). All SavingsSquare.com products require the acceptance of electronically delivered account statements. By checking this box you agree to accept electronic delivery of all statements for your Online Account(s). You acknowledge that you have the means to access your statements electronically via the internet and have the means to save copies for your records.
You acknowledge and agree that, by accepting electronic statement delivery, you will not receive paper statements. You acknowledge and agree that, if Kirkpatrick Bank in its judgment believes that the transmission of your statements electronically is no longer viable, or that any such transmission may give rise to security or operational concerns, Kirkpatrick Bank may cease the electronic delivery of your statements and provide you with paper statements in lieu thereof.
EMAIL ADDRESSES
You acknowledge and agree that any email address you have provided or will provide to the Bank is accurate and that you have appropriate access to receive such email. You also agree that you will promptly notify the Bank of any changes in your email address.
LIABILITY
You acknowledge that the Bank will not be liable for any loss caused by the authorized or unauthorized use of your account by any third party to access your account statements. You agree that in no event will Kirkpatrick Bank be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, any interruption in the availability of our service, any delay in operation or transmission, any incomplete transmission, computer virus, loss of data, or other similar loss.
